New Mac Laptop!!

I am so happy that I can finally start blogging again. My computer has been broken and I have needed a new one but did not want to spend the money yet. However, since school is about to start I need a new computer and really wanted a mac. 

Logan wanted to go to best buy with his friend Josh yesterday after work. He says he wanted to go to see how much mac computers were but I know that I would not be getting a computer he just wanted to go to best buy. ( he loves that store). To my surprise he called asking me about which one I would want and the type of  warranty that I think I would need. I got very excited J!!!

Finally when I got home Logan was already there and I started in about the computer and where was it at and a thousand other questions. To my surprise he said he did not the computer yet he was not sure about it and was stressing out what to get. He says that I am picky and did not want to get the wrong one. ( well I am picky somewhat..but he is the same way also) 

He lied to me!! He had the computer the whole time he just wanted to make me wait and get all mad at him!!

Since I got a new toy I had to try it out right away even though I was extremely tired.  It is totally different from my other computer or any other computer that I have ever been on. This may take me some time to get used to using it.

Logan wanted me to go ahead and install  Microsoft work program last night even though I told him I though I would mess it up. I AM NOT GOOD WITH PUTTING PROGRAMS ON ANY COMPUTER. I SUCK AT ALL AND GET EVERY MAD QUICKLY!! Logan did not listen and what happen…..


 I got mad because it messed up and I could not figure it out. It took me like 20 minutes to figure out what to do and I was so mad the whole time. I just kept telling him I told you I did not know what I was   doing. You should have made them put it on here for me!!!

And now I am having to download a new software to it and it is taking forever!! I have had to go best buy geek squat 3 times to figure it out. I am not very smart when it comes to computer and having to download stuff. I just do not have the patients for it at all.  It is still downloading as I am typing!! Only an hour and 5 minutes left.. after 3 hours and 30 minutes. I hate waiting!!

Have I said I HATE downloading crap!! 

With all of that said I am very excited even though I do not know what I am doing yet. It is going to take me a little while to figure everything out. Hopefully I will know what I am doing by the time school starts J

June 21, 2011 ENGAGED!!

After being with Logan for 5 years 8 months and 11 days we are finally engaged!! It still blows my mind and I can't stop smiling :) 
 
When I woke up yesterday morning I had no clue what the day would bring me. It was a crazy day at work and my head was killing me! All of that changed
 
After work I went to my parents to wait on Logan to get back from ft worth with a friend getting a bike.. I though! He lied!! 

 
While feeding our dog tracker I got a very huge surprise. Logan got down on one knee and ask me to marry him ( plus some very sweet things) I was totally shock and excited!! 
 
 
He was so nervous He would not let me look at him when he was on one knee asking me. So instead I watched tracker eat but I was really looking at Logan he just did not know! SHH..I feel so lucky to have him in my life. 
 
However I was not happy with what I was wearing.. I had sweat- pants on and one of logans shirts with only a little makeup on. So needless to say I looked like crap I though. Logan said I looked beautiful. I wish then I would have been dressed up or something but now thinking about it now it shows me that he thinks I am just as beautiful when in my comfy clothes.

(See I look crap.. I think LOL) 

He did a great job on picking out the ring I love it to death. The rings that I have looked at were totally different. But I love this one with all my heart. He did very good picking it out all by his self!! I'm one lucky girl!! 

I think the million dollar question is when is the date? We dont have a clue yet.  And I don't really know what I want or anything because I change my mind all the time!!

I know that I am alittle late on 

sharing the news but I have 

just been so busy 

Last tuesday I got very exciting news that I got accepted into the nursing program at tarleton!! 
 
It was a very long 3 months of waiting to find out if I got accepted!! :) 

 
They told me that they were letting people now on may 27th if they got accepted by email. 

Well I was a nervous wreck all day and checked my email about a thousand times that day.

Everytime there would be no email from them and I wanted to cry. So it was a very long

weekend for me and had me thinking about what else I my want to do with my life. 
 
I was stressed to the max and wanted to just run away even though I was already out

 of town. I called and emailed them any time with no answer back. I just wanted to know 

what was going on. 
 
Tuesday afternoon while at work I accidentally click on my emails on my phone and seen I

 had two emails from the nursing department. I was scared to death to look at them. Once 

seeing that it said I was accepted I was so excited and called Logan, my mom and dad!!

 I was shaking the whole time telling them! 
 

( Still waiting on the actually papr to come in the mail.. so the email will have to do for now)  

So on Monday at work they suprised me with a cake to say congrat! I just love everyone that I work with.

Crazy Weekend: Memorial Day

The 3day weekend turned into a 5 day weekend for me. We left late Thursdays night for Springfield, IL and did not get  back until Tuesday morning. It was a crazy trip but I needed to get away. I was ready to see Logan race again!


Saturday while waiting for the races to get started it started raining hard core!!! I was very glad that I had rain-boots everyone that I was crazy!!

The BEST part of Saturday was calling my grandma carroll to tell her Happy Birthday!!! She turned 85 and is still going strong. She told me that she hopes that I feel as good as she does when I am 85.. but do not get her wrong she was not SPRING CHICKEN!!!! I laughed so hard when she told me that!! I just love my grandma so much and I am very lucky to have her in my life. < I wish I had a pic>

The race got moved to Monday and we were up all night because Logans ankle was killing him the night before. Monday was a very long day! 

 It is going to take me awhile to get hang of things and the different things that I can do. Hope you enjoy it!!!
